The UAAP wars have long been over. And the University of Sto. Thomas (UST) Growling Tigers emerged surprisingly as the champions, after ten years of title drought, and their 19th trophy. The Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagle led the league, as far as team standings are concerned, all throughout the 69th season. They were expected to win the title. However, fate intervened and the UST contingent, despite sitting at the cellar at the end of the first round, completed a cinderella season, winning eight of their last ten games.

UST was crowned two weeks ago, but the memories of the season, and most especially of that fateful game three still send chills down my spine. I really need you guys to help me out in putting an end to my shock, and blurt out to my face how UST won the UAAP crown, deemed as an impossible task at the start of the recently concluded tournament.
